What are the benefits of selling my property through OpenOffers?
OpenOffers is a transparent and competitive process that ensures interested buyers can put forward their best offers to puchase your property.
Why should I add FinalCall Live Auctions to my property auction?
People have busy schedules, this will prohibit some people from attending your property auction. FinalCall provides them an easy, reliable and secure method for them to bid at your auction from anywhere in the world. Just one extra bidder could make all the difference to your property being sold on the day.
Won’t people just turn up at my auction if they are interested in buying?
There are numerous reasons why bidders may not be able to attend. Some people have to pick between different auctions running at the same time. Others could be away, in transit, unable to have a representative attend for them or, potentially think the property will sell for a value outside of their price range. These are only some examples of why the convenience of FinalCall will help them attend your property auction.
How do I know that online buyers are legitimate?
To become an online buyer, the person must have been verified. Verification can be performed by the Agent meeting the potential buyer or through FinalCall’s verification process.
Is it worth using FinalCall for my auction?
Absolutely! A single bid received from an absentee buyer has already paid for itself. Marketing will make more people aware of the property. FinalCall directly helps to facilitate the sale by maximising the ability for all buyers to attend and bid.
My agent doesn't believe FinalCall will assist my auction. What should I do?
Your agent should be working in your best interest and doing all they can to assist in selling your property. Enabling all interested buyers to participate in your property auction is a compelling reason for them to use FinalCall to sell your property.
Can I watch my own auction via FinalCall?
Of course. It can be a nervous time for a Vendor and we understand you want to know how the auction is progressing. Simply create an account, login and watch your auction in absolute real time from anywhere.
